Elaine Davis, 1948-2003, Kissimmee, Fla.

Elaine Davis, 55, of Kissimmee, Fla., formerly of Sedalia, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at her home in Kissimmee.

She was born Sept. 19, 1948, in Chicago, a daughter of Joseph and Violet Gniady Rymek. On Dec. 2, 1967, in Chicago, she was married to Daniel Davis Sr., who survives of the home.

Mrs. Davis was Catholic. She was an accountant for a condominium complex.

Also surviving are her mother, of the home; three sons, Danny Davis, of Sweet Springs, Dwayne Davis, and Jeff Davis, both of Sedalia; a daughter, Dawn Davis, of Sedalia; a sister, Joanne Dascola, of Forrest Park, Ill.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel. Pallbearers will be Kevin Balke, Keith Balke, Richard Williams and Tim Schaffer. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time Friday.
